Our core belief is that compound income is a potent force of growth. Our strategy at GIM is to search for assets that yield high current rates of income. The high yield assets provide sufficient cash to meet income requirements while providing excess cash flow for growth. The asset classes that allow us to achieve this strategy are high yield tax exempt bonds and high dividend equities.

We manage investments that represent the accumulated wealth of institutions and high net worth individuals. These clients charge us with the responsibility to preserve that wealth. We believe that the surest way to maintain and enhance wealth is through the ownership of assets that produce continuous streams of income that grow over time. As income accumulates and begins to exceed the level at which it is expended, then the value of the assets starts to grow at compounded rates. When this event occurs, clients have excess cash that creates new sources of investment capital.
