Heather joined Greenwich Investment Management in 2007 and directs the firm’s operations and administration. These functions include the oversight of client servicing, compliance support, technology systems, portfolio reconciliation and reporting and custodian interfacing. Her operations team is focused on providing exceptional personal service to all clients and structuring all aspects of the client experience. Heather serves as an alumni member of the TD Ameritrade Institutional Operations Panel that provides guidance on TD Ameritrade Institutional product and service offerings. Heather was awarded the Advent Back Office Certification from our Portfolio Management System Advent. Prior to joining GIM, Heather was an Associate Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual where she administered clients’ insurance and investment needs. Heather achieved her NASD series 7, 65, and 63.

Associate Director of Operations
Elaine joined Greenwich Investment Management in December 2013. Elaine’s primary responsibilities at GIM include client service, trade support, portfolio reconciliation and client billing. Elaine attends multiple conferences and workshops during the year to stay up to date on the industry and has Axys Back Office Certification. Prior to GIM, Elaine worked for 10 years at Armstrong Shaw Associates as a portfolio and trade administrator. During this time she successfully put many procedures in place to streamline processes and reduce errors, and participated in multiple system migrations. Elaine’s previous experience also includes working as an export logistics coordinator for a major commodities firm and in accounting for a venture capital firm.

Jin joined GIM in 2015 as a securities and portfolio analyst. Her examination and graphical breakdown of client portfolios helps clients to understand the performance of their GIM investment accounts. She also applies her project management background and Agile methodology to keep the processes running smoothly and obtain optimal results for compliance, business operations and technology projects. Previously, Jin was a Compliance and Technology Manager at Armstrong Shaw Associates where she revamped their SEC filings, Proxy votes and other compliance needs to better align the firm with regulatory requirements. She was also a valued member of their compliance committee and accelerated their migration from AIMR to GIPS compliance. Formerly, she was a Business/Technology Project Manager and Business Analyst for the same firm where she redesigned how the firm handled client correspondences, archiving, performance and CRM systems which significantly reduced 100s of hours of labor and eliminated a multitude of potential risks.

Executive Assistant to the Chairman
Susan joined Greenwich Investment Mgt., Inc. in July 2007 as Assistant to the Chairman, George Rieger. She also handles portfolio administration and serves as manager of GIM. Susan has lived in New York, Los Angeles and Chicago where she worked in various industries.
Susan Lovallo, who has been at Greenwich Investment Management since 2009, is the Controller and is responsible for the firm’s finance function. Susan’s focus is to streamline processes for maximum efficiency and to develop analytic tools. She has extensive experience in the areas of accounting, finance, and personal and business money management. She previously held accounting positions for Automatic Data Processing and Business Express Airlines, and was the Town Accountant for the Town of Monroe. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Sacred Heart University and was awarded the Medal of Excellence. She is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Merit Award from the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. Susan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
