Julie Muraco

Ms. Muraco has over 40 years of experience working in the financial community. She worked in the cash and capital markets on Wall Street at Citi and its predecessor firms Chicago/Cleveland), and J.P. Morgan (New York City) for nearly 20 years. Ms. Muraco was Senior Managing Director, Head of Global Capital Markets at The NASDAQ Stock Market for five years and also Vice President in the Finance Department at Archstone-Smith, a publicly traded REIT. Since 2009, Ms. Muraco founded and is a Managing Partner of Praeditis Group, LLC, a business and capital markets advisory consulting firm. Praeditis Group was focused on client solutions dedicated to the entire spectrum of traditional finance to social and sustainable capital. Since 2013, Praeditis Group worked with clients in the financial services sector, a NY Registered Investment Advisor with ~$20 billion in AUM, and a Denver based Asset Manager with ~$24 billion AUM. For both of these firms, Ms. Muraco worked on the finance team responsible for the respective firm’s public market affiliate.

She is Chairman of the Board of Directors for Americans for the Arts, Washington, D.C., and Treasurer and Chair of the Investment Committee, Board of Trustees for the Robert Sterling Clark Foundation, New York, NY. She is a Society of Fellow member of the Aspen Institute and a member for the Council of Inclusive Capitalism. Ms. Muraco was a past board trustee for the Duke of Edinburgh Award U.S.A., chaired by HRH, Prince Edward, The Earl of Wessex, and was a member of the national media advisory council of Springboard Enterprises, Washington D.C., a venture catalyst firm for women owned and women funded businesses.
